Raw Material Sourcing & Inspection
Sourcing fabrics, trims, threads, and accessories from leading textile markets in China, Taiwan, South Korea & India
We inspect:
- Fabric strength, weight & hand feel
- Color consistency & dyeing uniformity
- Dimensional stability & shrinkage rates
- Trims, buttons, zippers, and hardware quality
Only materials that pass this audit make their way into production.
Design, Pattern & Sample Development
Concept & Design Review: Our design team collaborates with clients to finalize styles, tech packs, and requirements.
Pattern Making & Grading: Using industry-grade CAD systems, we ensure precise grading and efficient fabric utilization.
Proto & Pre-Production Samples: Before bulk production, we deliver fit, wash, and finish samples for approval. Any adjustments are integrated before full-scale production begins.
Perfect Cutting, Stitching & Assembly
Our factory floor is equipped with advanced machines and specialized lines which include:
- Tables & Fabric Relaxation Areas: Ensuring accurate cutting with minimal waste.
- Stitching Machines: From overlock and flatlock to lockstitch and chainstitch—each garment is assembled with the right machine.
- Workforce: Skilled sewing operators, line supervisors, work meticulously to maintain consistency and minimize defects.
Quality Control & Multi-Level Inspections
Quality assurance is integrated into every stage:
- Inline Inspection: Constant checks during stitching to identify defects as they occur.
- Mid-Production Audits: At batch intervals, garments are sampled and examined for deviations in stitching, alignment, and finishing.
- Final QA Check: Every finished garment undergoes a thorough inspection for stitching accuracy, seam strength, color fastness, labels, and packaging.
- Rectification Process: Any piece with minor flaws is either reworked or rejected—only flawless garments make it to dispatch.
We also perform two additional inspections on each piece to guarantee you receive the highest standard.
Finishing, Packaging & Pre-Shipment
- Treatments: Enzyme wash, stone wash, coating, etc.
- Pressing & Folding: Ensures crisp folds.
- Packaging: Export-standard packaging guidelines, labeling with your brand identity.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): A final audit confirms order correctness, packaging specs, and labeling accuracy.
